Welcome to IGCPeers. By registering and using the IGCPeers platform ("The Platform") whether as a Brand or Influencer, you agree to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these terms carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. IGCPeers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Key Definitions
IGCPeers: The company operating the platform. Influencer: Content creator. Brand: Merchant/Entity using the platform.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for account security. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension.
4. Participation in Campaigns
Influencers must apply through the platform. Obligations must be met within 3 days. Content must be posted within 24 hours of receiving product.
5. Intellectual Property
IGCPeers and the Brand have rights to use created content for marketing. Influencer grants a perpetual license.
6. Prohibited Acts
Direct communication outside the platform is prohibited. Misleading data or offensive content is forbidden.
7. Payments and Barter
Payments are secured via Escrow. Barter campaigns exchange products for content.
8. Limitation of Liability
IGCPeers is not liable for campaign cancellations or modifications by brands.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
